  1. Qoins program membership is free, and participants will be enrolled and assigned points by their Quadient Representative at the sole discretion of Quadient Canada.
  1. Points have no cash value.
  1. Points cannot be purchased for merchandise, but some top-up options are available for travel.
  1. Points are non-transferable.
  1. There is no limit to the number of points the participant may accumulate during the program.
  1. We reserve the right to replace out-of-stock or unavailable merchandise reward items with an equal or greater value substitution.
  1. Quadient Canada, our vendors, and third-party fulfilment companies are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use or operation of any merchandise awards claimed as a result of this program.

  2. Points may be redeemed for any exclusive merchandise awards listed in the Qoins program
  1. Quadient Canada reserves the right to cancel the program at any time. Participants will have one-hundred (100) days to claim awards if the program is cancelled.
  1. If the participant's employment or contract with Quadient Canada ends, the participant's points will be forfeited.

  2. All points include the shipping and handling costs of the merchandise.

  3. All applicable taxes arising from the Qoins program awards are the participant's sole responsibility.
  1. Unopened items, in original packaging and returned within 90 days of redemption will receive a refund of points or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund of points or exchange.
     
  2. By redeeming points, the participant shall be deemed to have automatically released Quadient Canada from any liability and claims regarding the redemption and use of the merchandise and any loss or damage caused by the goods or services supplied.
  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. in any manner.
  1. Quadient Canada is the final authority as to the interpretation of these terms and conditions. Quadient Canada reserves the right to modify or disallow points and disqualify participants in its sole judgment.

We only provide your personal information within the Qoins program and across our various businesses, with current or future partners in the Qoins program, and with third-party service providers for the administration of certain promotional activities. We want to ensure your needs are met and receive optimum value from your participation in the Qoins program. We assure you that we do not sell or rent personal information.

We also use your information to understand your product and service needs better and offer relevant information, products, services, and rewards to meet those needs. Your purchases and other transactions, shopping patterns and account activity is tracked and analyzed for marketing purposes and for making promotional offers to you. 

We may transfer your personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in serving you, such as vendors, suppliers and agents; however, we require them to protect your data in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. Our service providers are located inside Canada and may be required to disclose personal information under the laws of their jurisdiction.
